ABUJA, NIGERIA – On Friday, February 28, 2025, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu received in audience, Nigerian born Morotoluwa Ojomo, Super Bowl Champion with Philadelphia Eagles.
The champion, otherwise addressed as Moro, was led by the Chief Executive Officer of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, to the State House on Friday.
According to Dabiri-Arewa in a post on her official X account, the two-time Super Bowl Champion plans to open a sports academy in the country.

During the reception in Abuja, Dabiri-Erewa lauded Ojomo’s achievements, stating: “Your excellence in American football exemplifies the tenacity and brilliance of Nigerians worldwide. You have not only made your family proud but have also inspired a nation.”
NIDCOM reaffirmed its dedication to honoring diaspora Nigerians who elevate the nation’s global profile through exceptional accomplishments.
Ojomo’s story, the Commission noted, aligns with its mission to engage and celebrate diaspora role models whose achievements resonate with pride and aspiration for future generations.
