Keyamo to attend 4th ATQ Magazine Awards March 6

LAGOS – The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr Festus Keyamo, SAN, is billed to attend the fourth Air Transport Quarterly Magazine Awards on March 6 to discuss industry growth.

 

The Publisher of Air Transport Quarterly Magazine and organiser of the award, Prince Supo Atobatele, disclosed this in a statement on Friday in Lagos.

 

According to Atobatele, the minister would grace the award ceremony, scheduled to hold at the Country Club, Ikeja, as a Special Guest of Honour.

 

He added that the awards would recognise outstanding achievements and contributions to the sector,

 

“We are excited to host the fourth Annual Air Transport Quarterly Magazine Industry Awards, which has become a benchmark for excellence in the aviation industry.

 

“Also, the award ceremony will recognise the Aviation Man of the Year: An award for an outstanding industry personality with deliberate and planned efforts of sustaining growth, safety and industrial harmony.

 

“CEO of the Year: An award for bold initiatives in leadership transformation; Airline of the Year: Awarded to the airline that has demonstrated exceptional service, safety, and innovation,” he said.

 

Atobatele also said other categories would be; Cargo Airline of the Year: Recognising the cargo airline that has shown remarkable efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

 

He further disclosed other categories as: “Airport of the Year: Honoring the airport that has demonstrated excellence in infrastructure development, passenger experience, and operational efficiency.

 

“Most Innovative Agency in Weather Forecast Delivery: Awarded to the agency that has leveraged technology and innovation to improve weather forecasting and warning systems,” he noted.

 

The publisher said that the event would bring together key stakeholders in the aviation industry, including airlines, airports, cargo operators, and government agencies.
