LAGOS – MeCure Industries Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or Exchange) and the investing publics of a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on February 27, 2025.
The notification, posted on the website of the NGX on Friday, was signed by Azerzah Muse-Sadiq, for Banwo and Ighodalo, the Company Secretary.
This is in compliance with the Listing Rules of the Exchange.
“The meeting will consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024 (“2024 AFS”), amongst other matters.
“Following its consideration and approval by the Board of Directors, the 2024 AFS will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, and released
to the public through the NGX respectively.
“In compliance with Rules 17.17 and 17.18, NGX Issuers Rules and as communicated in our earlier advisory to the employees, Directors and other insiders, a Closed Period commenced on January 1, 2025 and will continue until twenty- four (24) hours after the filing of the 2024 AFS with the Commission and NGX respectively.”
Therefore, no insider of the Company may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2024 AFS has been filed with the Commission and released to NGX and
the investing public.
